What is caregiving quietly costing your business?
Employee caregiving rarely shows up as a line item — but it's there, in missed days, lost focus, and turnover. Enter two numbers to see your estimated annual exposure.

Aponot addresses it for about —
— roughly — less than the cost above.
These are deliberately conservative, directional estimates and vary by industry and workforce.
We assume roughly 1 in 4 employees is an active family caregiver, and that each loses on the
order of 10 productive workdays a year to caregiving — missed days and lost focus
combined (Gallup puts documented absence alone near 7). That lost time is valued at roughly
40% of revenue per employee — not the full figure — to reflect the margin labor
actually drives, not top-line revenue. Turnover exposure assumes only a small share of caregivers leave each
year for caregiving reasons. Aponot's cost assumes ~$5 per employee per month.
